Essential Oils for Skin





















Primrose oil
: May raise levels of essential fatty acids and heal flaky, rash-prone skin.

Borage oil: This oil is rich in gamma linolenic acid (GLA), which has been shown to diminish the dehydration that's common to aging skin.

Many of these oils can be taken in the form of supplements found at most wellness (GNC), whole foods and superstores.
