Water: A Natural Skin Care Tip

























Your skin is constantly losing moisture as a part of your normal metabolism. Drinking enough water will add radiance, moisture, and firmness to your skin. Although caffeine has its own health benefits, it can dehydrate the skin. If you enjoy caffeinated beverages (sodas / coffee, etc..)...be sure to drink extra water or eat water-rich fruit (oranges / grapes / grapefruit). This will help even out your water consumption.
